  • Measure project space

  • Prepare wish list

  • Presentation of plans in 3/4" scale including cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, traffic plan, lighting

Phase III-

Working Drawings & Estimate

​

  • Three 2 hours sessions

  • Session 1- floor plan and elevations in 3/4" scale

  • Session 2- presentation of revisions, window details, electrical & lighting plans

  • Session 3- estimate & specification booklets

Phase IV

Pre-Construction

​

  • Cabinetry order

  • Presentation of installation and payment schedule

Phase V

Project Begins

​

  • tear out and installation
